Booking & Cancellation Notes

Advance Notice Required

Please book at least 12 hours in advance. For shorter notice, we'll do our best but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Hours Are Based on Booked Time

Hours are deducted based on the timeslot you book — not actual drop-off and pick-up times. This ensures fair planning for our caregivers.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and amendments must be made at least 24 hours before the session. Hours will be forfeited if cancelled within 24 hours of the start time.

Late Pick-Up Fees

Late pick-ups are charged at $60/hr: 1–10 mins = $10, 11–20 mins = $20, 21–30 mins = $30. Please plan accordingly.
